I’m so excited to share these fun portraits take a The Studio Hampton Roads.

I booked the studio space with a million ideas of what I wanted to do there…. I finally decided that I would book a mentoring session with two models.    I was super pumped when my pal Heidi took me up on the offer.    So we had the entire studio, and two beautiful girls to photograph.   It was truly a great day of practice, and we all know Heidi is super talented and independent so she really didn’t need my help, we had a great time working together.

First up is the adorable and sweet Taylor.    Taylor is a senior this year, so I wanted to be sure she got some greats shots she can use for senior pictures if she wants.    This girl is such a great artist, and I’m just so lucky that I have been able to teach her two years in a row.

Next we have Skylar.   Skylar graduated last year and was also one of my art students!   I just adore her sweet little soul.   I’m so proud of her, and I’m so glad we have kept in touch not that she is all grown 🙂

Eventually we just HAD to go outside, it was beautiful and we just couldn’t help ourselves.  Shooting indoors is a little out of my norm… so I learned a ton and loved practicing in the beautiful studio, but you can’t keep me in for long 🙂
