There is nothing more exciting than having another photographer ask you to take pictures for them!  I was soooooo beyond excited when Sami told me she wanted some pictures done before her and Shawn move.   I couldn’t believe she trusted her special images with ME!  Such a compliment and I’m so grateful for the opportunity!  Sami has become a great friend of mine, and I LOVE talking photog and shooting with her.   We are kind of partners in crime 🙂

So we didn’t have much sunshine for this session, but they brought all the happy and shiny love we needed!   I seriously love this couple!  I had only met Shawn once, but I knew he would be awesome because they have done so many pictures with Amanda Hedgepeth.  We even re-created a pose in the same spot she did some of their engagements.   How cool will that be to have when they move away….. a few special images right before they leave VA.    I’m so sad to see Sami go, but I know we will keep in touch, and we will travel to shoot or 2nd shoot together.   That is a MUST!!!
