May is one of my favorite months! For so many reasons LOL…. my birthday, anniversary, and mothers day! AND it is just a BEAUTIFUL month in general and typically filled with weddings! I’m excited to share our May recap and we are already moving on to June. Where is this year going???
My Birthday was fairly uneventful but Mark did do a great job spoiling me. He got me lots of new clothes and made dinner…. I’m pretty sure I ate donuts too that day too 🙂
The day after my birthday Heaven and I ventured to Asheville for a BEAUTIFUL wedding!! It was a great trip but next time I think I’ll be sure to come a day earlier so I can enjoy the town a little bit.

Mark and I spent our FIVE year anniversary our first real night alone since having kids. Don’t get me wrong, we have been out, and both been out of town, but not a true night with just us. It was so fun! We ate amazing food drank wine and enjoyed a rainy night at the Ocean Front 🙂
I had the sweetest Family Session at the Ocean Front! Courtney booked so far in advance which is super smart for month like May! I am NOW BOOKING family sessions for summer and we have an associate for family shoots now too!
Brandee & Dylan‘s Wedding was a huge success!
Brittany & Thomas had a beautiful engagement session in Virginia Beach!
Lizzie & Travis had an amazing waterfront wedding in Richmond!
I had another fun creative play date with my pal Holly at the Studio! More to come!
