I have a very special photo shoot today!!!   I have picked the first victim (I mean small business….lol) for my new blog series.   It will launch on July 9th and will come out every month on the 2nd Wednesday every month.

So what in the world is this?

I have been so inspired lately and trying to figure out how to spread my wings, make my photography business unique, and do things that inspire me.    This idea came to me and I got so excited!    I LOVE meeting other small business owners and hearing their story.   So I decided that every month I will choose a business based on the following criteria:     open for a minimum of 3 years, contributes to the community in a positive way, has kind and inspiring owners.     When I choose the business (based on fan nominations),  I will then venture out to their location and take photos to feature on my blog.    They will get photos for free, and I will get this amazing opportunity to learn something!   I realized that I can learn from any business, it does not have to be photography.   I find it so fascinating and inspiring to hear other people’s success stories about chasing their dreams and doing what they love for a living.    I want to meet them in person and hear their story.
