We all know those people who we love to interact with. They are the people that everyone loves, that people want to spend time with, that we gravitate towards. They’re people magnets.
This week, I’m going to talk to you about how you can become a people magnet just like those people you love. Just like anything else, this is a skill and it’s something that most people can easily achieve if you just follow some basic rules.
We All Want to Feel Seen & Heard
How can we be the person who makes other people feel seen and heard? Think about the people that you love to be around or even the influencers that you like to follow on social media. I bet they make you feel welcome and invited into their space.
If you make other people feel welcome and feel seen, if you ask questions and listen, and if you are genuine in your interactions with other people, it’s going to help you, too! Actually caring about other people more than you care about sharing your own story makes you a people magnet!
Your Kindness Can Make Someone’s Day Better
Kindness is a gift and it’s a gift we should use every day. Sometimes when we lift up other people it benefits ourselves and our business. Sometimes it doesn’t. And that’s just fine! What is truly important when you’re trying to build your community and becoming a people magnet is showing up for your people and being genuine.
