Ashley & Chris decided to get married in the BEAUTIFUL Asheville, North Carolina!  I don’t blame them one bit because it is absolutely beautiful there.  When I met Ashley and Chris at their engagement session I knew I was going to love this wedding.  Their energy, love, and fun-loving laughter is wonderful.  Ashley recently lost her father, Kenny, and while is presence was dearly missed it was indeed very much still there. I never had the honor of meeting Kenny, but after this wedding I almost feel like I could have known him.  There was not a dry eye.  One minute we were crying and the next laughing, throughout the entire day.  It was so incredibly beautiful, and Ashley and her family are so brave.  I have never felt so inspired by a family and their positive energy and love.  Ashley’s mother is one of SEVEN and let me tell you, this group had me literally on the ground laughing!  And I pretty much fell in love with her grandparents.  What an amazing family.

With simple organic details, and a family centered heart, this wedding was perfection.  Oh, and we can’t forget the amazing shirts on the guys!!!  A cake topper that has seen 79 years and family weddings, and a surprise video of Ashley and her dad dancing at a Halloween party, the big moments were never-ending.  I captured my first New Orleans style umbrella dance, and one epic sparkler exit!
