I’m so excited to share this sweet wedding! Kevin & Sam are so adorable and seriously have the best kinda love! So you might remember Katie and Landon… Kevin is Katie’s brother, so lots of familiar faces for this one! It is not unusual for me to have some emotional moments during a wedding day, but when I have worked with a family for so long it was even harder to fight back the happy and grateful tears.
The James River Country Club was such a great location. I loved the waterfront view and vintage details mixed with Sam and Kevin’s beach decor. Kevin wore his late Grandfather’s kilt for the ceremony, it was so awesome! I LOVED watching him pin the plaid around Sam, and how special these timeless traditions are. There were some special moments during the dances and then a very silly dinosaur surprise during the speeches! So much personality through out this wedding and I love it when couples have such a great sense of humor on their wedding day!
I’m excited to see Kevin and Sam again soon for a post wedding photo session!
